Permaculture Gardening in a rural small town in Northern Maine. Sharing daily gardening adventures, both good and bad. With coffee in hand and a smile on my face. I share with you all that I know, learn and must still learn. Come along for the ride as I celebrate my love for gardening.

Some of the goodies harvested from 2022. It was my first year getting grapes on the vines and they tasted amazing!! The one grape plant produced enough to make one quart sized jar of wine, which was not much. The outcome was a semi sweet table wine. It made enough to drink but I turned it into a balsamic vinegar instead. More useful for all the cooking and salads we consume.
Cold Winter Days, are made for comforting care, cozy projects and warm memories. My go to Coffee flavor lately is the New England Butter Pecan and a project I'm working on is a Crocheted Afghan, which for some reason is not as pretty along the one side. So practice is much needed to perfect this skill too. Nothing ever worth doing was easy.
